Make sure you backup your files before replacing the ones you have in System32 and SysWoW64, some other games may not react well and start giving the error.
You can swap between files if you have to, but do not risk replacing them once and for all.
Some systems maybe different and therefore this fix may not work. I basically downloaded everything I could find, but there was no use. So I decided to look up all directx files I could find in games and other files that were needed to run some games, I downloaded them and added some files for end user runtime and voila !
Other Softwares you’ll also need:
NetFramework latest version
vc_redist latest releases
You can download all these from Microsoft homepage.
If all of this don’t work then download Directx End Usertime pack, it is about 90ish mb. Extract all x86 dll files and copy them to both System32 and Syswow64 and try again. IT should solve your problem. Also check your program folder, it may contain vital dll files that would help greatly in running them such as msvcr & msvcp… etc.
Good luck to you all.
